Löf Mittens

This pattern is available from Payhip

These simple, super-warm mittens inspired by the Old Shale motif are designed to keep you cosy in the sharp winds of the colder months. Löf is Shetland dialect for ‘hand’ or ‘in my hand’ and plays on meanings of handcraft, the handmade and the incredible things we can construct with yarn in our hands.

Just like the shawl Teaghlach, this pattern only £2, with every penny going to Refuge… why not give a helping hand to women and families in need?

Available in petite and larger adult sizes

This design uses less than one skein of Lifelong Yarns 4ply - an independent producer near to me. Why not find your own local source?
